Pilates on the Ball

This class incorporates Pilates moves with the Exercise Ball, challenging your balance and core muscles improving strength and mobility.

Kettlebell Basics and Functional Movement

Kettlebell basics with functional movement is a class built to teach you correct biomechanical movement for good alignment, core strength and how to correctly swing a Kettlebell. This class is guaranteed to improve your core and strengthen your back.

Beginner/Intermediate Mat

Mat class is one of the most challenging classes you take. Whether you are a beginner or an intermediate practicing Pilates student, this class will help you create a solid foundation through improving core control, spinal articulation and flexibility.

Pelvicore Ball Class

Whether recovering from surgery or have issues with a weak Pelvic floor, The Pelvicore Ball is a tool to strengthen your pelvic floor and your core.

Pilates studio POLICIES

  • Welcome Pilates Students!
  • Please know that we are complying with Covid-19 guidance. 
  • If you are sick and cannot make your appt or class, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.  This is so your teacher can notify someone on the waitlist there is an opening.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class and please remove your shoes prior to entering.
  • Upon arrival:
  • Turn off your cell phone or leave it in the car.
  • Please enter quietly and respectfully.
  • Allow yourself the opportunity to begin to relax and go within by sitting quietly on your mat while waiting for class to begin.
  • If you arrive late, please be respective to those around you who have already begun their practice.
  • Please notify your teacher if you have any health conditions/concerns. 
  • Honor your body and enjoy your practice!
